PT Primary is committed to educate Every Child Every Day!! The attendance rate is low right now. Our goal is 97% by May 4th. Our campus will receive a reward if we can reach this goal!!
If your child is not sick, we need them here so they will be prepared for the next grade. Mrs. Balboa will take a pie in the face after Field Day on May 4th, we can reach this goal. Students with perfect attendance between now and then will be entered into a drawing to throw the pie!! We will also have an attendance celebration at the end of May with snow cones, a gigantic slide and dunking booth for Mrs. Balboa.
We can do this!! Please commit to having your child in school every day!!
3rd nine weeks we are encouraging perfect attendance with rewards. Classes that are here “Bell to Bell” recieve a golden coin. After 5 coins, the classes get a reward from Mrs. O. New this time is Parents with students that have perfect attendance will go into a drawing for a gift card to Posado’s!! Lets see how many we can get with perfect attendance.
March 5-9 Kindergarten students will participate in Jump Rope for Heart during their PE time. It is very important to wear tennis shoes this week!!!
Monday January 16, 2012 is a school holiday. No school!!!
Friday January 13, 2012 will be an early release. Kindergarten will release at 12:40. AM Pre-K regular time and PM Pre-K will not meet. Monday January16,2012 is a holiday. NO SCHOOL!!!!!!
Friday is early release. Kindergarten will release at 12:40. PM Pre-K will not meet on Friday. AM-Pre K will release at their normal time!! Have a Merry Christmas…School will resume on Tues January 3,2012!!
Classes will watch Polar Express immediately following breakfast. Students are allowed to wear their pajama’s that day!!!
Each Class will have their Christmas Party on Thurs Dec 15th. Contact your childs teacher or the office for a time!!
Pine Tree ISD is accepting referrals for assessment of giftedness in students who show high academic potential. Anyone can nominate a student for assessment including parents, other relatives, guardians, and school personnel. Nomination packets may be picked up at the campus office beginning Monday, December 5, 2011. Completed packets are to be returned to the campus counselor by Friday, January 13, 2012. An information meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 5 at 10:00am or 6:00pm in the Pine Tree ISD Community Center. Interested persons only need to attend one session. Contact your campus counselor with any additional questions.
Pre-K classes will be taking a field trip Thurs & Fri!!
