Pine Tree teachers may archive their lesson plans on CSCOPE to meet the requirement of keeping them on file without having to print all of them and turn in hard copies.
To do this, simply click on “My Lessons”.
Then, on the right hand side of the screen, under “Action”, and click “Archive” for each lesson.
It will disappear from that screen but is not really gone.
Once you’ve clicked “Archive” for each lesson, you are finished. There should be no lessons showing on the screen at that point.

The capability to copy lesson plans from another teacher on your campus has been temporarily disabled in CSCOPE due to the recent change in format.
This function should be available again in September. However, several of you plan to have one teacher type in/enter the lesson plans each week instead of everyone having the team each type the same lessons. This can still be accomplished with CSCOPE by adding authors to the lesson(s). Please see the Power Point, “Adding Authors to CSCOPE Lesson Plans” for the necessary steps- click here.
Also, some teachers have developed templates for writing lesson plans, have additional resources, or previously typed (even hand-written…scanned to pdf) lessons to be used. It is possible to upload these files fairly easily into the CSCOPE lesson planner. They will show as Lesson Resources, not activities, but that is fine. Please see “Uploading Lesson Resources to CSCOPE Lesson Plans” for the steps to accomplish this.
