Eyewitness

Eyewitness information to a crime is not always accurate.

An eyewitness account is reliant on the length of time of the crime.

The mental and health condition of the witness.

The time of the day that the crime occurred.

There are multiple cases in which the eyewitness was incorrect regarding the identification of a suspect.
